Join KASE

There are many benefits to membership in KASE, not the least of which is our representation of State/Public employees and Retirees throughout the state of Kentucky.

To qualify and to apply for membership, please print and complete our Membership Form, then mail it to KASE, P. O. Box 4110, Frankfort, KY 40604-4110 or deliver it to the KASE office at 2194 Commercial Drive, Frankfort, KY 40601. If you have questions while completing the application, please feel free to contact us.

To apply for membership via the Web, please complete the form below. Membership is $12 per month -- that's less than 50 cents a day -- and may be paid by payroll deduction or automatic bank draft.
